Through these roles, I have successfully led high-value ML initiatives and driven major organizational transformations, particularly in data-driven environments.
Notably, as the R&D Principal Data Scientist at DSM-Firmenich, I pioneered innovative AI applications that generated over €70 million in value. My leadership at Fair Trade Handels resulted in the establishment of a new Department of Data Science & Reporting, transforming organizational data strategies. At the United Nations, I led a pivotal AI project on climate change, enhancing global understanding of its impacts on biodiversity, which underscores my expertise in applying AI across diverse scientific fields such as R&D, biology, and environmental science.
